James has been working with computers since 1996. He has been a Systems Administrator since 2007 and has had experience with a wide variety of technologies. James graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. He has managed locations where the hardware was purely physical to locations that relied heavily on virtualized infrastructures utilizing corporate firewalls, managed switches with multiple VLANs. He even professionally taught Microsoft products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
